Half day (up to 4 hours) or whole day (4-8 hours) of headshot station coverage. The headshot station includes: Instant proofing, All downloadable non-retouched images, file organization (renaming files to the person in the photo). a standard commercial usage license, a lead list of all people photographed and their contact info in Excel or CSV format, and individual model releases for all photographed. Single headshot stations typically produce 30-45 headshots per hour.
Depending on your needs, you may want to provide a retouched image for each person we photograph. This includes removing stray hairs, reducing facial shine, removing blemishes, and lightening dark circles under eyes. You can purchase this for everyone up front or they can add it if they want it individually. Note: The per image price for attendees at an event that are not pre-paid for are $42/$30 each depending on half day or full day booking.

We are available for travel anywhere in the world. Travel fees include car travel expense or airfare, hotel, car rental or pick up service, and any additional bag fees for traveling with equipment on airplanes. We will do our best to work with you on this to only quote for actual travel expenses. Travel expenses are calculated on a case by case basis.
Pricing for event headshots and high-volume headshots is by half day/full day. Half-day is up to four consecutive hours, full day is up to eight consecutive hours with one 45 minute break for a meal. Each headshot station is able to photograph as many as twenty people per hour.
How many people can be photographed at my event?
One station typically can capture up to 40 people per hour. A full-day setup can handle 200–400 attendees. Although the number is not guaranteed, we do our best to photograph as many people we can in the time allowed.
Retouching is optional. Attendees can select images for retouching at check-in if it’s included in your package or purchase additional edits individually. Most headshots are delivered immediately.
Files are automatically organized by name for easy searching. Images can be delivered individually to attendees by email/text or as a full gallery download for your organization.
Both options work. Walk-ups are welcome, and VIPs/executives can pre-book. We recommend a mix to keep the flow smooth.
Yes! We’re available for hire to create images for event signage, screens, social media, and other promotional uses. Quotes are custom based on your needs.
We need a space for the backdrop, lighting, camera station, and a small check-in area. Our team handles the setup and teardown.
