Our most popular school in the Forth Worth area for seniors continues to grow each year. A beautiful campus, great atmosphere, and not far from yummy Fort Worth BBQ. We have photographed senior golfers, football players, basketball, baseball as well as non athletes who wanted some awesome photos. A kicker on the football team, we met Chase on the field at Nolan Catholic for photos on the field and around campus.
We took Dominic’s senior portraits through some of the most iconic areas of Downtown Dallas. If you like the vibes of Downtown Fort Worth or Dallas we can help you with either.
Hosted at one of the golf courses near Nolan Catholic, we took advantage of the beautiful scenario for Tyler’s senior portraits before heading back over to the school.
Jacob had some of our favorite city basketball senior portraits that we have done. Pacific plaza was our backdrop for these fun photos.
Chase was the kicker or the Nolan Catholic Vikinigs football team. This is one of the cooler football fields of the private schools in DFW. It sits below the main building like it’s carved out of the hillside. We started our senior portraits with the top part of the school, working our way around the front entrance and eventually down the side leading to the field. The field has a powerful blue accent in the end zones that really matched well to his mid blue suit.
PRO TIP: This color of blue suit is likely the most common that we see among the seniors. It looks great on everyone.
Even though Dominic (and later Jacob below) actually live in Fort Worth, they wanted to do something different and travel to downtown Dallas. They felt the Dallas area had more of the city skyline look. Both cities have their pluses and minuses so definitely ask us about that during your planning session. Dominic was not an athlete, but has a passion for robotics. We feature that later in the senior portraits with using one of his robotics uniforms for some of the photos.
Dominic dressed in a nice suit to kick things off, followed by an often overlooked outfit of a nice sweater and wrapped things up by including his robotics shirt.
Tyler was a golfer at Nolan Catholic so we wanted to feature some of his photos on the golf course before heading back to the school. The course was one that the school often uses but there are several in the area to pick from. These photos were taken at Waterchase Golf Club, but you could also choose, Rockwood park golf course, Golf Course of Fossil Creek, Diamond Oaks Country Club, Pecan Valley Golf Course or several others.
Golf is a really fun sport to capture for senior portraits. You have the beautifully landscapes of the course itself, but there are so many ways to get creative around the course. Next we have Jacob. Jacob was a basketball player at Nolan Catholic High School. Just like Dominic he wanted to travel into downtown Dallas for his senior pictures. Bringing his basketball with him we dribbled through the streets and even jumped in the air like he was doing a layup again a skyscraper (one of my favorite shots of the day). We incorparated a lot of fun ideas into his senior photos. Only about half of his photos were about basketball. The rest were stylized fashion inspired portraits that we have become known for.
Jacob only utilized two outfits for his portraits. he started with a traditional suit in a nice mid-gray (second most popular to the blue) with a hint of color coming from his tie. He then changed into a casual version of the same suit by taking off his button down and replacing it with a black t-shirt and gold chain that he wore with the same suit jacket and pants. This is a great way to get a quick change of look without having to pack too much in clothes or take too long changing.
