The Arboretum is one of the more beautiful spots in DFW. From beautiful flowers to architecture, ponds and fountains that give it an old world, Italian like charm.
Below you will find several senior portraits that we have done over the years with the ladies. Note: the arboretum has dramatically changed their photography policies and timing, but we can discuss all of that at your consultation.
Here are just a few of the different areas that we can use to create stunning images of your senior at the Arboretum this year.
The areas below only represent a small portion of what is available at this beautiful location.
The beautiful old world feel of this fountain area is stunning.
Probably the most stunning section of the Arboretum is the Women’s Garden. A beautiful reflecting pond and stone work, and can feature white rock lake in the background.
The perfectly manicured greenery makes this spot have a luxury mansion feel.
Right next to the McCasland Sunken Garden is this beautiful stairway that leads into another court yard. The round top bushes really add a fun element.
This is one of the busier spots in the summer while concert series are taking place. Here you can get a nice view of White Rock lake.
There are multiple bridges at the Arboretum that all have a different look and feel.
We learned a lesson that day at the Arboretum. So this might be the only photoshoot where you ever see instruments INSIDE the Arboretum. Apparently they do not allow any instruments inside the Arboretum. So we actually photographed those in the parking lot before entering.
Besides that you can again see some additional sections of the park. We used several of the bridges as well as some benches and flowers for some of her casual outfit images.
The Arboretum in the fall is a magical place. Colors are coming out in the leaves and it is decorated for the fall holidays of halloween and thanksgiving. It’s still warm enough in Texas to have a wide range of outfit ideas to pick from and it might be a little cooler than the heat of the summer.
The new spots to see in this set are the concert area, a few more of the bridges and the upper part of the park.
Artwork is such an amazing thing to have in your home. Our artwork is designed to look awesome in any home. The piece that you see here of Jake from Southlake Carroll is photographed at the Timmaron Country Club. It consists of four photographs that are all included on one finished piece, complete with a black wooden frame. The white border gives the piece a museum-quality finish.
This piece of artwork is printed to high-quality photographic paper and then mounted to a sheet of metal backing. It is then treated with a protective spray and mounted inside of a floating oak frame.
We carry an example of this artwork that we can bring to your ordering appointment.
