One of our best shoots ever in Downtown Dallas Texas! Fort Worth Christian Senior Pictures in downtown with basketball player Courtland! I have so much fun to show you from his photos that it’s going to come in two parts, and possibly a third!
If you have seen any of our recent facebook ads, facebook page, group page or more, you will see that this photo has been featured a lot! It probably ranks up there with one of our most popular photos to date. How fun is that?
In today’s post we will visit 3 different locations in Dallas Texas for senior portraits.
and the Kirk Pedestrian Bridge
For Worth Christian School is another school we can check off our list as a new school photographed. It’s awesome when we get to photograph a senior from a school we haven’t had senior portraits from before. Maybe someday I will collect them all.
You can’t get any more Texan than having roughly 40 bronze longhorns to pose with. I love the mood and the style that we created in this set. It’s a senior that means business. Is it too cheesy to say “taking the steer by the horns”?
By the way, how awesome is Courtland’s outfit? I really like how this color of suit really pops in photos. The slight texture also adds a nice touch and the matching vest really elevates the look. The red tie is a perfect color match as an accent with the pocket square. Brown shoes finishes the look to perfection.
For a while this was sort-of my “secret location”. I think I have posted it enough times now that everyone has figured out where it is. It’s a great little park in downtown Dallas that is perfect for creating these type of dynamic photos with the buildings towering behind them.
Some days we get extra lucky and get the added bonus of the cloud coverage. It’s also a great starting spot to venture out into the city further. Places like Thanksgiving Plaza is close by as well as several other well known Dallas landmarks.
Courtland was a talented basketball player for the Cardinals at Fort Worth Christian.
With an outfit change, we hopped in the car and went out of the city to the Kirk Pedestrian Bridge in Dallas. You have seen several shoots that we have done there including Jake who was a Bishop Lynch senior.
It can get a little dangerously hot here in the summer months, so we only try to shoot here during certain parts of the year or for early morning photos.
Courtland switched outfits to a casual sports style suite. Gray textured with a white t-shirt and white sneakers. A casual, yet sophisticated look that worked well against the Dallas skyline.
As you probably could tell, we got off schedule with our blogging. We have been so busy that we haven’t had the time. Busy means we have a ton to show you soon!
