We are back with a few photos from Jake’s awesome Bishop Lynch Senior Portraits! We did all of Jake’s photos at the Ronald Kirk Pedestrian Bridge in downtown Dallas Texas
Bishop Lynch High School - Dallas, Texas
Jake is a graduating 2020 senior at Bishop Lynch High School in Dallas Texas. He was a stand out basketball player for the Friers at the position of shooting guard. Jake will be continuing his basketball career at William & Mary University in Williamsburg Virginia.
Jake went with the classic look of a black suit with no tie and added his basketball shoes into the mix. The sky worked well with us on this day to give us some nice clouds and blue sky that rounded out the look of the above photo.
I love how many new schools we have been able to photograph so far in 2020!
Robert Kirk Pedestrian Bridge
This has become a popular location for many of our athletes in our Fashion Sports Portraits. It’s a spot that gives you several looks in one location. In the above shot, you can see how we posed on the bridge to show the well known Margaret Hunt Hill bridge in the background as well as the Texas state flag flying proud.
It can get very hot at this location due to no coverage by buildings. On this day it was about 105 degrees. Jake was a trooper though and you can barely tell we are taking sweat breaks in between shots.
In an upcoming post, we will be showing you Gannon’s senior portraits that were taken in the same location.
Dribbling Across the Skyline! - Bishop Lynch Senior Portraits
This was a photo that we definitely wanted to capture during his photoshoot. It became one of the family’s favorites from the day. What you don’t see in the finished photo is all of the power lines that we had to delete with some fancy photoshop work.
This angle is great because you can see the Dallas skyline in that background and gives the photo that extra bit of interest and relates it to where Jake has grown up.
We had intended to use the basketball court that is normally here, but it was removed during covid precautions.
This was actually our first photoshoot back from having to take a break during the beginning of the covid shutdowns.
